這是Supo的媽媽做的唯一一次的早餐,白色像蛋糕的叫做 idli,醬叫做chutney。chutney有很多種,Supo說他最喜歡番茄的。英文維基百科裡都有解釋,好奇的人可點前面的連結進去看。
這是前幾天做dosa已經磨好的米糊,也是做 idli 的原料。
把米糊放在特別的容器裡,再放到鍋裡蒸,吃起來的口感像我們的年糕。
這是番茄chutney,主要是番茄和洋蔥熬出來的醬,再加上一些香料,用 idli 沾著吃的。
材料:
4 tomato, 1 medium size onion, a quarter teaspoon of fresh chopped ginger & garlic paste, three split green chili, a quarter of teaspoon chili powder, coriander leaves, mustard seeds,
作法:
- Boil the tomatoes with two cups of water. When they are done, take out the tomatoes. Smash the tomatoes. Keep the water for later.
- Put two teaspoon oil in a pan. Heat it. Put mustard seeds in first. Then add onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste int. Fry some time.
- Add smashed tomato, chili powder & salt.
- Add some water from boiling tomatoes. Cook until it's thick.
做好的idli和chutney上桌了!
